This unique 56% dark milk chocolate was crafted during a late-night experiment at our first factory space in Lekki-Lagos. It was born out of the ambition to craft a chocolate with enhanced citrus flavor notes for a wine pairing event, there was milk supply scarcity at this time. In a moment of genius, our Head Chocolatier achieved a unique recipe with the available ingredients to produce a masterpiece that has been a hit ever since.

This 56% Dark-Milk Chocolate Bar delivers a wholesome creamy chocolatey feel in the mouth best described by a nutty-buttery tasting note which is a characteristic of the forastero cocoa beans from Ile-Oluji in the Southwest of Nigeria. This Dark-Milk Chocolate Bar is a half way between the smoothness of the Dark Chocolate and the sweetness of the Milk Chocolate. Officially licensed as 56% Cocoa Milk Chocolate.

Our process boasts of 9-stages to create our bean-to-bar, single origin premium quality chocolates that needs no additives or preservatives. Each classic product has its unique flavor in the 70% Dark, 56% Dark-milk, 40%Milk, and White Chocolates, these are presented in different bar sizes and as chunky chips.
